RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be sent within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused and in resellable condition, with all original tags and labels attached and are returned to us in original packaging. 
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, you must first go to our site at the "returns center" section, enter your order number and email address to get started, follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You will then need to download, print and affix on the return box / packaging / envelope, the prepaid shipping label received by email. The shipping costs for the return of the goods are paid or reimbursed by us.
 
REFUNDS
  
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
